GUIDON

Hours of records review.
Minutes of reading.

Guidon reads the veteran's complete file — hundreds of pages — maps every condition to the current VA rating schedule, finds the evidence gaps and unclaimed conditions, and hands the accredited service officer a prioritized work plan to review, amend, and sign.

A guidon doesn't command the unit — it guides it. The software guides. You lead.

What it does with a case

Reads everything

Blue Button exports, service treatment records, decision letters — organized into one case file.

Maps to 38 CFR Part 4

Candidate ratings with confidence levels, quoting the controlling criteria and the evidence behind each.

Finds what's missing

Nexus letters, buddy statements, exams — and documented conditions that were never claimed.

Triages the work

A priority-ranked action plan and open questions, ranked by what they're worth to the veteran.

See it, don't take our word

This is a complete Guidon case review of a synthetic test case (no real veteran's data) — exactly what a service officer receives:

Built for the rules veteran service officers work under.
Veterans are never charged — Guidon is provided to offices and organizations only. Every output is a watermarked draft for an accredited representative's review and signature; no auto-submit exists. No medical or legal opinions. Works beside VetraSpec and VetPro, not instead of them. Veteran records are encrypted, audit-logged, and never used to train AI models.

Who's behind it

Guidon is built by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who went through the claims process himself — with a veteran service officer and with paid consultants — and decided the free help deserved better tools than the predators have. Pilot offices get it free and shape the roadmap.
