How it runs
| Day 0 | Kickoff at your office: agree scope and officers, sign a one-page data-handling agreement, install on your machines (about five minutes each — the installer checks the machine's encryption itself), train. Under an hour, total. |

| Days 1–3 | Officers' own files first. The fastest way to feel what it does is on a record you know cold. No third-party data touches the tool until the paperwork and protections are in place. |
| Days 4–14 | Real casework. Officers run files they're the appointed representative for. A handful of the big ones — the 500-to-1,000-page records — is enough to prove the point. |
| The readout | A short meeting: the numbers, the wins, the list of what we got wrong or what's missing. Then — only if you want it — the conversation about keeping it. |
What we measure together
- Time per file — how long records review takes without Guidon vs. with it
- Completeness — conditions and evidence gaps it surfaced that weren't already flagged
- Accuracy — judged by your accredited officers against their own expertise (our public benchmark is on the accuracy page)
- Fit — a running list of everything that doesn't match how your office actually works. This is the most valuable output: it's our build list.
Who provides what

Your veterans' data, during and after
- Runs on your machines — the installer verifies drive encryption before real files are processed
- Records are never sold, shared, or used to train any AI model; analysis runs under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content, with short-term deletion
- Every analysis is logged; at pilot's end a one-click cleanup removes all veteran case data and credentials from your machines — and logs that it did
- The full posture, in writing, is on the security page and in the pilot data-handling agreement you sign before Day 0
The rule, always: every output is a draft for the accredited
representative to review, amend, and sign. Nothing is auto-filed. No medical or legal opinions.
And no veteran is ever charged — for this pilot or for anything we make. Ever.
