How it runs
| Day 0 | Kickoff at your office: agree scope and officers, sign a one-page data-handling agreement, and each officer gets a personal login to the secure hosted app — nothing to install; it runs in the browser on the iPads and computers you already use. Under an hour, total. |

| Days 1–3 | Officers' own files first. The fastest way to feel what it does is on a record you know cold. No third-party data touches the tool until the paperwork and protections are in place. |
| Days 4–14 | Real casework. Officers run real files they're working. A handful of the big ones — the 500-to-1,000-page records — is enough to prove the point. |
| The readout | A short meeting: the numbers, the wins, the list of what we got wrong or what's missing. Then — only if you want it — the conversation about keeping it. |
What we measure together
- Time per file — how long records review takes without Guidon vs. with it
- Completeness — conditions and evidence gaps it surfaced that weren't already flagged
- Accuracy — judged by your officers against their own expertise (our public benchmark is on the accuracy page)
- Fit — a running list of everything that doesn't match how your office actually works. This is the most valuable output: it's our build list.

Your veterans' data, during and after
- Runs on secured, encrypted hosting under a signed Business Associate Agreement — per-officer logins, every sign-in and report view recorded in a tamper-evident audit log, and nothing stored on officers' own devices
- Paper records work too — photographed or scanned pages are read directly, inside the same protected environment
- Records are never sold, shared, or used to train any AI model; analysis runs under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content, with short-term deletion
- Officers can clear any case themselves the moment they're done with it — "save copy, then remove this case" saves the veteran's signed PDF and deletes the records in one action. At pilot's end we delete or return everything remaining, and the audit log records that it happened

The rule, always: every output is a draft for a service
officer to review, amend, and sign. Nothing is auto-filed. No medical or legal opinions.
